How to Use Moor Mud
Apply to clean skin for face masks, body wraps, compresses, or full-body baths. Leave on for 15–20 minutes before rinsing with warm water. For baths and larger treatments, mix 6–8 oz into warm water or apply directly and wrap with a towel or wrap sheet.
Do not exceed 30 minutes in a mud bath. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have high blood pressure or heart conditions.
