At Ocean Bottom Soap Company, we take pride in creating handcrafted natural skincare products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Return Eligibility

Because our products are personal care items, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Online Orders

If you wish to return an eligible online purchase, please contact us before returning the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or an error occurred with the order.

In-Store Purchases

Eligible in-store purchases may be returned to either Ocean Bottom Soap Company retail location within 30 days of purchase with your receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or were sent in error:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Opened soaps
• Lip balms
• Personal care products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it when inventory is available.

For all other situations, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.
