Instructions: Massage 1-2 tsp of 100% Pure Organic Extra-Virgin Castor Oil (not included) directly onto your thyroid (at the base of your neck where your windpipe is located). Slide on your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid and adjust the strap for your unique and comfortable fit. Relax for 30 – 45 minutes.

Place a liberal amount, without soaking, of castor oil on the middle of the pack avoiding the outer edges and any seams.
You may reuse over & over with only having to add a tbsp or two at a time.
Place the oiled cloth over the target area and secure comfortably.
You may place a heating pad or hot water bottle over the pack. The gentle heat helps the castor oil penetrate more deeply and enhances
its effectiveness.

Care of Castor Oil Pack

Do not wash in a washing machine.
Store in a glass container folded in on itself and lying flat or in a ziploc bag. You may store this in the fridge.
