Place a liberal amount, without soaking, of castor oil on the middle of the pack
avoiding the outer edges and any seams.
You may reuse over & over with only having to add a tbsp or two at a time.
Place the oiled cloth over the target area and secure comfortably.
You may place a heating pad or hot water bottle over the pack. The
gentle heat helps the castor oil penetrate more deeply and enhances
its effectiveness.

Do not wash in a washing machine.
Store in a glass container folded in on itself and lying flat or in a zip
lock bag. You may store this in the fridge.
