Directions: To use a shower steamer, simply place one steamer at the foot of your shower enough to get it slightly wet with water. As the shower steamer gets wet it dissolves and releases essential oils into the hot shower steam. Breathe deeply and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils. Our steamers can be used up to 3 times per 2oz puck.
