BENEFITS OF USING CASTOR OIL PACK: Castor oil pack is a product that can help self-regulation and improvement. It can help improve insomnia, constipation and other problems, promote liver detoxification, and relieve muscle soreness.

Placing the castor oil pack over your liver (upper, right quadrant of the abdomen) you can help support detoxification. Placing it directly on strained joints or muscles reduces inflammation and can ease arthritis. Placing a castor oil pack over your entire abdomen will ease menstrual cramps, support reproductive health, improve gut health and aid digestion.

Ultra Soft Organic Cotton – Made of an inner layer of soft cotton and an outer layer of waterproof fabric to avoid oil leakage. It is mess-free and can be reused. No chemicals, hypoallergenic for the most sensitive skin types.
One Size Fits All – With soft and adjustable straps, the oil pack fits over the typical size of adult bodies. It hugs curves so comfortably that you can sleep or go about your daily routine in it.

Instructions: Massage 1-2 tsp of 100% Pure Organic Extra-Virgin Castor Oil (not included) directly onto your abdomen or over your liver. Place a liberal amount, without soaking, of castor oil on the middle of the pack avoiding the outer edges and any seams. Wrap the elastic around your waist and relax. If you would like use a hot water bottle or heating pad.

Notes:
A typical regimen for non-acute symptoms is three times a week, alternating days. Once a week or once a month may be used for maintenance needs.

It is recommended that you stay at home for a couple hours after the treatment, as it may induce bowel movements.

Place a liberal amount, without soaking, of castor oil on the middle of the pack avoiding the outer edges and any seams.
You may reuse over & over with only having to add a tbsp or two at a time.

You may place a heating pad or hot water bottle over the pack. The gentle heat helps the castor oil penetrate more deeply and enhances
its effectiveness.

Store in a glass container folded in on itself and lying flat or in a ziploc bag. You may store this in the fridge.
