All Ocean Bottom Soap Company products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected natural ingredients.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, scent, texture, weight, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are normal and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.
Orders
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and inventory are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss a replacement, backorder, store credit, or refund.
Shipping

Ocean Bottom Soap Company is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
